Individuals can write or fax the Advice and Representations Teams at our London office.

Appointments and Advice Line

If you wish to make an appointment you must telephone our Advice Line. The number to call is 020 7780 3220. This line is open from 10.30 am to 4.30 pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, closed for lunch between 1.00 pm and 2.00 pm. This is a very busy line. It may be some time before individual calls are answered. Please quote your Refugee Legal Centre reference number if you already have one.

Detained Asylum Seekers

Telephone advice for detained asylum seekers is available from 10.30 am until 4.30 pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The line is closed for lunch between 1.00 pm and 2.00 pm. The number to call is 0800 592398. Advice for Asylum seekers detained at Oakington Reception Centre should be sought from the site office.
 

Emergency Service

Should you need to contact us in an extreme emergency between the hours of 6:00pm and 8:00am (weekdays) or at the weekend, please telephone 07831 598057.
