Salary: £26,188
to £30,842 per annum
As a Team Leader, in
addition to having your own caseload, you will be responsible
for operational and casework management of a team of
Caseworkers. You must be able to provide motivation and
leadership whilst ensuring effective decision making,
communication, staff training and development, and allocation
and monitoring of casework.
For
these positions you will

have experience of
managing staff |
|
have experience of
making representations on behalf of others
|
|
have experience of
advocacy in a legal/quasi-legal context.
|
| be
accredited to level 2 of the Legal Services Commissions
accreditation scheme |
